Reset your password

Request a password reset, then finish the flow from the recovery callback.

Make sure you are signed in if the article involves reviews, saved spots, uploads, or moderation.

Steps

  1. Open the auth screen and switch to Sign in with Email selected.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Tap Forgot password?
  4. Open the email on the same device when possible.
  5. Continue through the callback and choose a new password.

Tips

  • Use the same device so the callback can return cleanly to the app.
  • If the callback opens in a browser first, use the Open KulaTu button.
