1. Who can use KulaTu
You may use KulaTu only if you can form a binding agreement with us and if your use of the service is allowed by applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that your account details are accurate and kept up to date.
These Terms govern your use of KulaTu, including the mobile app, public site, documentation, spot pages, and any related services we operate under the KulaTu brand.
By creating an account, submitting content, or continuing to use KulaTu, you agree to these Terms and to the Community Guidelines.
You may use KulaTu only if you can form a binding agreement with us and if your use of the service is allowed by applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that your account details are accurate and kept up to date.
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You may submit reviews, photos, reports, spot details, and other content. You retain your rights in your content, but you grant KulaTu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content for operating, improving, and promoting the service.
Do not post false, misleading, illegal, infringing, abusive, or unsafe content. We may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, or take other moderation action when needed to protect users, venues, or the integrity of the platform.
KulaTu helps people discover community-contributed food spots. Availability, pricing, opening hours, menu items, and location details can change quickly. We do not guarantee that listings, maps, reviews, or contributor notes are complete, current, or error-free.
You may not interfere with the service, misuse reporting flows, scrape or copy the service at scale without permission, reverse engineer restricted parts of the platform, or use KulaTu to harass, impersonate, exploit, or defraud other people.
KulaTu may rely on third-party identity, analytics, hosting, maps, notifications, and other infrastructure providers. Your use of those integrated features may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of the relevant third party.
We may suspend or terminate access to KulaTu if you violate these Terms, create safety or legal risk, or use the service in a way that harms the product, the community, or other users. You may stop using KulaTu at any time.
We may update features, ranking logic, moderation workflows, pricing information, public pages, or documentation over time. We may also change or discontinue part of the service when reasonably necessary.
KulaTu is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the updated version on this page and change the effective date below. Continued use of KulaTu after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
